Cybervision may also Collect other information via Cybervision’s discussion boards or other social media hosted by Cybervision, competitions, promotion, surveys, webinars and other such events or points of interaction. Cybervision may on occasion combine Personal Information Cybervision receives from publicly available records and information the user discloses to carefully selected third parties to develop a customer profile relating to the user. Cybervision will attempt to limit the types of Personal Information Cybervision Collects to only that to which the user consents (for example, in the context of online registration, message boards, surveys, and polls) and which is necessary for Cybervision’s legitimate business interests. If at any time Cybervision’s website offers any chat rooms, message boards, blogs, newsgroups or forums, etc., Cybervision Collects the information that the user discloses. Please note that Cybervision is not responsible for other parties’ use of the Personal Information which the user makes available to such third parties through any chat room, message board, blog, newsgroup or forums, etc. on Cybervision’s website.

Provided that the user has given Cybervision prior consent, Cybervision may use the user’s Personal Information for the purposes of marketing of Cybervision’s own products and services and on behalf of other companies within Cybervision.

Cybervision stores Personal Information in the Republic of South Africa and will take the necessary steps to ensure that the Personal Information is adequately protected in that jurisdiction. Information will not be stored for longer than is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Cybervision’s website may contain links to other websites that are not covered by this Privacy Policy and where information practices may be different from Cybervision’s (‘Third-Party Websites’). These Third-Parties can obtain Personal Information that the user voluntarily submits to them to make use of the offer. Use of Cookies
Cookies help Cybervision collect information about the use of the Cybervision website. Governing law
The contents of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
